In Greene County magistrate court Kyann Karysa Brown of Jefferson was granted a deferred judgment on a charge of trespass causing damage, amended from burglary- first degree. She must pay a $430 civil penalty and $534.05 to the Crime Victim Assistance Program. She was placed on informal probation for one year. (Sentencing: Honorable Christopher C. Polking)
A judgment for a $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge was entered against Robert John William Gilmore of Jefferson on a charge of public intoxication. Court costs were $60.
